Urofaziales Syndrom

Das urofaziale Syndrom ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im HPSE2-gen hervorgerufen wird. Sie ist charakterisiert durch eine typische Gesichtsveränderung und eine Blasenentleerungsstörung.
