Die Retinale Vaskulopathie und zerebrale Leukoenzephalopathie ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung die durch Mutationen im TREX1-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Es ist eine Vaskulopathie, die insbsondere die keinen Gefäße erfasst. Es kann auch zu sytemischer Manifestation kommen, dann können auch die Nieren betroffen sein und ein Schlaganfall auftreten.
