Familiäre hämophygozytische Lymphohistiozytose 5

Familiäre hämophygozytische Lymphohistiozytose 5 ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im STXBP2-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Erkrankung ist durch eine Panzytopenie gekennzeichnet, die sowohl auf eine Phagozytose der Blutzellen wie auch auf eine Histiozytose des Knochenmaks zurückzuführen ist.
