Nephronophthise 01

Die Juvenile Nephronophthise 1 ist eine autosomal rezessiv vererbte Nierenerkrankung, die durch medulläre Zysten und eine progrediente Niereninsuffizienz gekennzeichnet ist.

Epidemiologie

Die Juvenile Nephronophthise ist die häufigste unter verschiedenen Nephronophthiseformen. Es ist die wichtigste Ursachen des terminalen Nierenversagens unter Kindern und Jugendlichen (6-10%). Die Inzidenz beträgt 1 von 50.000 Lebendgeborenen.
