Die autosomal rezessive Osteopetrose 7 wird durch Mutationen im TNFRSF11A-Gen hervorgerufen. Zusätzlich zu den osteopetrotischen Knochenveränderungen ist diese Form durch eine Hypogammaglobulinämie charakterisiert.
