Akute myeloische Leukämie

Die akute myeloische Leukämie ist charakterisiert durch eine rasche Vermehrung von weißen Blutzellen und ihren Vorläufern im Knochenmark. Dabei kommt es zu einer Verdrängung der normalen Blutzellreifung. Die Erkrankung kann durch JAK2-Gen-Mutationen ausgelöst werden.
