Der kombinierter Hypophysenhormonmangel mit oder ohne Kleinhirndefekten ist eine autosomal dominate Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im LHX4-Gen hervorgerufen wird.Neben dem Fehlen verschiedener Hypophysenhormone fallen gelegentlich Kleinhirndefekte auf.
