Renal-hepatic-pancreatic dysplasia 1

Renal-hepatic-pancreatic dysplasia 1 is an autosomal recessive ciliopathy caused by mutations of the NPHP3 gene. This disease's commonly used acronyme is RHPD. It is characteerized by malformations in kidneys, liver, and pancreas.
