SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase-aktivierendes Protein 1
Das SRGAP1-Gen kodiert ein Protein, welches die GTPase aktiviert und damit in die Signaltranduktion eingreift. Mutationen werden bei autosomal dominantem nicht-medullärem Schilddrüsenkarzinom 2 gesehen.
