ATP-Bindungs-Kassette Unterfamilie G Mitglied 1

Das ABCG1-kodiert eine ATP-abhängiges Transportprotein, welches für den Transport von Cholesterin und Phospholipiden verantwortlich ist. Epigenetische Modifikation in diesem Gen wurde im Zusammenhang mit Fettstoffwechselstörungen beobachtet.
