Parathormon-related Protein

Das PTHLH-Gen kodiert ein ein PTH-ähnliches Protein mit ähnlicher Funktion. Dieses protein ist insbesondere für die tumorassoziierte Hypercalciämie verantwortlich. Mutationen führen zur autosomal dominanten Brachydaktylie Typ E2.
