Ketohexokinase
Das KHK-Gen kodiert die hepatische Fruktokinase, ein Enzym, welches den ersten Abbauschritt der diätetisch aufgenommenen Fruktose katalysiert. Bei einem Ausfall des Enzyms kommt es zu erhöhten Blutspeigeln und damit zu einer Ausscheidung im Urin.
