SIX5-Gen
Das Gen SIX5 ´kodiert eine Transkriptionsfaktor der sich mit EYA1 verbindet und dann seine regulatorische Funktion ausführt. Die klinische Manifestation ist somit ähnlich wie bei EYA1 Mutationen. Das Krankheitsbild wird als Branchio-Oto-Renalen Dysplasie 2 bezeichnet und ist ebenfalls autosomal dominant.
