Kongenitale Analbuminämie

Kongenitale Analbuminämie ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im ALB-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Erkrankung manifestiert sich meist erst im Erwachsenenalter, wo eine Hypercholesterinämie und ein Mangel an Serumalbumin in der Elektrophorese auffällt.

Management

Symptomatische Therapie der sekundären Folgeerscheinungen wie Hypercholesterinämie und Arteriosklerose. Medikamente die an Albumin binden sollten vorsichtig dosiert werden.
