Das Simpson-Golabi-Behmel-Syndrom 2 ist ein x-chromosomales Fehlbildungssyndrom, welches durch Mutationen im OFD1-Gen ausgelöst wird. Zu den Merkmalen gehören prä- und postnataler Großwuchs, faziale und andere viszerale und skeletale Dysmorphien. Organomegalie und ein erhöhtes Tumorrisiko.
