Das Oro-fazio-digitales Syndrom 16 ist eine autosomal rezessive Ziliopathie die durch Mutationen im TMEM107-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Neben den typischen Skelettfehlbildungen finden sich auch neuronale und viszerale Entwicklungsstörungen.
