Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a bone disease as well as a bone related symptom of several metabolic disorders, which belongs to the group of bone disorders with low mineral density, osteopenia. In contrast to osteomalacia and rickets the ratio of bone mineral to bone matrix is normal.
