Tight-Junction-Protein ZO-1

Das TJP1-Gen kodiert ein Tight-Junction-Protein. Im Tierexperiment sind die homozygoten knock-out Mäuse lethal. Bei Menschen gibt es noch keine Erkrankung, die mit diesem gen assoziiert werden kann.
