Clusterin

The CLU gene encodes a secreted chaperone that can under some stress conditions also be found in the cell cytosol. Genetic variants have been associated with various disorder including Alzheimer, atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.
