TNFAIP3-interagierendes Protein 1
Das TNIP1-Gen kodiert ein Protein welches in die Transkriptionskontrolle eingebunden ist. Mutationen sind im Zusammenhang mit verschiedenen Autoimmunerkrankungen gesehen worden, wie Psoriasis, rheumatoide Arthritis und Lupus erythematodes. Epigenetische Modifikation in diesem Gen wurden im Zusammenhang mit Fettstoffwechselstörungen beobachtet.
