Mitochondriales TRNT-Gen
Das mitochondriale Gen mit der offiziellen Bezeichnung MT-TT kodiert die Transport-RNA (tRNA) für Treonin (T). Es wid von den Nukleotiden 15888-15953 kodiert. Mutationen in diesem Gen werden im Zusammenhang mit Parkinsonismus diskutiert. Alle mitochondrialen Gene werden im Zuge einer Diagnostik mitochondrialer Erkrankungen gemeinsam untersucht.
