Thrombozytenglycoprotein 1b beta polypeptid
Das Glycoprotein 1b ist ein Thrombozytenrezeptor für den von Willebrand-Faktor. Mutationen bewirken eine Macrothrombozytopenie. Diese autosomal rezessive Erkrankung ist als Bernard-Soulier-Syndrom bekannt.
