Das familiäre Weitwinkelglaukom 1P ist eine Galukomerkrankung die im frühen Erwachsenenalter auftritt und deren genetische Ursache noch nicht vollständig geklärt werden konnte. Die chromosomale Lokalisation ist die Region 12q14.
