Das familiäre Weitwinkelglaukom 1M ist eine Galukomerkrankung die im frühen Erwachsenenalter auftritt und deren genetische Ursache noch nicht vollständig geklärt werden konnte. Die chromosomale Lokalisation ist die Region 5q22.1-q32.
