Das Thrombozytäres Blutungsübel Typ 9 ist ein Glycoprotein 1a-Mangel. Es ist eine autosomal dominante Thrombozyten-Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im ITGA2-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Manifestation beginnt bereits unmittelbar nach der Geburt. Die Betroffenen neigen zu oberflächlichen Hautverletzungen und -einblutungen. Im blutbild findet sich eine leichte Thrombozytopenie und eine Störung der Plättchenfunktion.
