X-chromosomale hypophosphatämische Rachitis ist eine rezessive Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im CLCN5 und vielleicht auch im OCRL hervorgerufen wird. Der Phänotyp ist eine Variante des Morbus Dent mit vorwiegender Symptomatik im Phosphat- und Knochenstoffwechsel.
