Diabetes mellitus mit Insulinresistenz und Acanthosis nigricans ist eine seltene autosomal dominante oder rezessive Erkrankung die durch Funktionsverlust im Insulinrezeptor hervorgerufen wird.

Symptome

Acanthosis nigricans
Bei allen durch Mutationen im Insulinrezeptor hervorgerufenen Insulinresistenzen ist mehr oder weniger konstant eine Acanthosis nigricans zu finden.
