Familiäres kälteinduziertes autoinflammatorisches Syndrom 1

Das familiäre kälteinduzierte autoinflammatorische Syndrom 1 ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im NLRP3-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Sie ist charakterisiert durch Episoden mit Hautrötung, Gelenk- und Muskelschmerzen sowie Fieber und Schüttelfrost. Typischerweise treten solche Attacken nach Kälte-Exposition auf.

Management

Wie bei allen Cryopyrin-assoziierten Erkrankungen ist eine Antagonisierung von Interleukin 1 wirksam sowohl in der Behandlung akuter Schübe wie auch in der Prävention der möglichen Spätfolgen.

Symptome

Inflammation
Beim familiären kälteinduzierten autoinflammatorischen Syndrom 1 zeigt sich die Entzündung vor allem nach Kälte-Exposition.
