Das renotubuläres Fanconi-Syndrom Typ 3 ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen des EHHADH-Gens hervorgerufen wird. Wir alle proximal tubuläre Schädigungen ist es durch Aminoacidurie, Glucosurie und Phosphatdiabetes gekennzeichnet.
