Susceptibility to type 1 diabetes 23

Autoimmune diabetes 23 is a diabetes mellitus type 1 that are pathogentically linked to genetic variants in a locus that is not exactly determined yet. It is on chromosome 4q27 and stretches about 10 megabases. Many genes are in that region.
