Preeclampsia 2

Preeclampsia 2 is a disease of pregnancy that occurs after the 20th week of gestation. It is characterized by hypertension and proteinuria and it can develop into a life threatening eclampsia. The gene yet unknown. Locus is 2p25 as identified in an Finnish study.
