SAM-Domäne-Protein 9-like
Das SAMD9L-Gen kodiert ein Zytoplasmaprotein, welches eine Bedeutung als Tumorsupressor und in der angeborernen Immunität besitzt. Mutationen führen zum autosomal dominanten panzytopenischen Ataxie-Syndrom und sind weiterhin mit verschiedenen Formen der Leukämie, hepatozellulären Karzinomen und normophosphatämischen Tumorcalcinose assoziiert.
