Niedrigaffiner IgG-FcRezeptor 2-a

Das FCGR2A-Gen kodiert eine Komponente eines Immunglobulin-Rezeptors. Genetische Varianten sind für eine Anfälligkeit für systemischen Lupus erythematodes und verschiedene Infektionen verantwortlich.
