Zentrosom- and Spindelpol-assoziiertes Protein 1

Das CSPP1-Gen kodiert eine Protein welches eine wichtige Rolle bei der Zellteilung und bei der Zilienbildung spielt. Mutationen sind für das autosomal rezessive Joubert-Syndrom 21 verantwortlich.
