Integrin alpha-3

Das ITGA3-Gen kodiert eine alpha-Kette des Integrins. Integrine sind für die Verankerung extrazellulärer Matrixproteine verantwortlich mutationen führen zu einer autosomal rezessiven Erkrankung mit interstitieller Lungenbeteiligung, kongenitalem nephrotischem Syndrom und Epidermiolysis bullosa.
