Extrazelluläres Matrixprotein FREM2
Das FREM2-Gen kodiert ein Membran-Protein, welches für die Integrität der Epithelzellen der Haut und in den Nierentubuli verantwortlich ist. Mutationen führen zum autosomal rezessiven Fasier-Syndrom und sind mit Nierenfehlbildungen assoziiert.
