Armadillo-repeat Protein 5
Das ARMC5-Gen kodiert ein Regulatorprotein. Keimbahnmutationen sind für die autosomal dominante ACTH-unabhängige makronoduläre adrenale Hyperplasie 2 verantwortlich. Bei somatischen Mutationen tritt die Nebennierenhyperplasie meist unilateral auf.
