C5a chemotaktischer Anaphylatoxin-Rezeptor 2
Das C5AR2-Gen kodiert einen G-Protein gekoppelten Rezeptor für aktivierte Komplementfaktoren C3a, C4a und C5a. Damit besitzt dieses Gen sicher eine Bedeutung für den Ablauf immunologischer Prozesse.Zuzdem wurde ein Zusammenhang von genetischen Veränderungen mit der familiären kombinierten Hyperlipämie nachgewiesen.
