Protocadherin Fat 1
Das FAT1-Gen kodiert ein Tumorsuppressor. Null-Mutationen in diesem gen sind rezessiv und wurden bei steroidresistem nephrotischen Syndrom gesehen. Sie zeigten hier eine komplexe glomerulotubuläre Nephropathie mit tubulärer Ektasie, Hämaturie und unregelmäßiger neurologischer Beteiligung.
