Ornithincarbamoyltransferase

Das OTC-Gen kodiert die Ornithincarbamoyltransferase, ein Matrixenzym der Mitochondrien. Funktionsmindernde Mutationen sind für die x-chromosomal rezessive Erkrankung des OTC-Mangels verantwortlich.
