Invertiertes Formin 2
Das invertierte Formin 2 , INF2, ist bei der Verlängerung der Actinfilamente beeiligt. Mutationen des Gens sind für zwei autosomal dominante Erkrankungen verantwortlich. Einemal die hereditäre fokalsegmentale Glomerulosklerose (FSGS) und die Charcot-Marie-Tooth-Hoffmann-Erkrankung (CMT). Beide Erkrankungen treten auch mehr oder weniger ausgeprägt gemeinsam auf.
