Nephrocystin 3
Mutationen des Nephrocystin 3 Gens führen zur adoleszenten Nephronophthise oder einer Renal-hepatisch-pankreatische Dysplasie (RHPD).
Pathologie
In der Niere kommt es bei Mutationen dieses Gens zu Alterationen der tubulären Basalmembran, Verödung und Erweiterung der Tubuli die schließlich in einer tubulo-interstitielle Fibrose mündet. Die Zysten bilden sich vornehmlich am kortiko-medullären Übergang.
