Die kongenitale dyserythropoetische Anämie und chronische rekurrente multifokale Osteomyelitis ist eine Erkrankung mit verschiedenen sterilen Herden von Knochenentzündung die auch von einer Anämie begleitet ist. Die genaue autoinflammatorische Pathogenese und die ursächliche Genmutation sind noch nicht bekannt.
