Das proteasom-assoziiertes Autoinflammations-Syndrom 4 ist eine genetische Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im PSMG2-Gen ausgelöst wird. Ob die Vererbung dominant oder rezessiv erfolgt ist noch nicht sicher.
