Das Tarsal-Karpal-Fusions-Syndrom ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im NOG-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Charakteristisch sind Karpal- und Tarsalfusionen sowie proximale Symphalangien.
