Das Teunissen-Cremers-Syndrom ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im NOG-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Merkmale sind breite Daumen und Großzehen, Syndaktylie, Hyperopie und aufgrund einer Stapesankylose eine angeborene Schallleitungsschwerhörigkeit.
