Hereditäres papilläres Nierenzellkarzinom

Das familiäre papilläre Nierenzellkarzinom ist eine Disposition zur bilateralen multifokalen Ausbildung dieser Tumoren die auf genetische Ursachen beruht. Entweder einer Translokation im PRCC oder beim Typ 1 einer Mutation im MET-Gen.
