Hereditäres papilläres Nierenzellkarzinom 1

Das familiäre papilläre Nierenzellkarzinom vom Typ 1 wird durch Keimbahn-Mutatioen im MET-Gen hervorgerufen. Es die Erkrankung ist eine Disposition für Mulilokuläre Ausbildung solcher Karzinome. Bei nicht familiären Formen lassen sich gelegentlich auch somatische Mutationen im MET-Gen nachweisen.
