Das IVIC-Syndrom ist ein autosomal dominantes Fehlbildungssyndrom, welches durch Mutationen im SALL4-Gen ausgelöst wird. Die Fehlbildungen betreffen den radialen Strahl der oberen Extremität, Auge (Strabismus) und Ohren (angeborene Schwerhörigkeit).
Es sind bisher nur einige wenige Familien beschrieben worden.
