Das hereditäre Lymphödem mit Distichiasis, Diabetes und Nierenbeteiligung ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im FOXC2-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Nierenbeteilöigung umfasst gehäufte Harnwegsinfektionen, tubulointerstitielle Erkrankungen und auch Glomerulosklerose.
